Both should let me always hit enemies, right?
Strangely, that's not the case in my game.
So is it something related to npc's AND creatures having too high agility? If not, what can it possibly be?
I've tried to isolate the problem by disabling some that I thought MIGHT have been the culprits, one by one, but they are not the actual culprits. I'm rather sad 'cause I spent way too much time perfecting (over the years) my mod list.
I use MGSO, MGE XE (built in MWSE), Morrowind Code Patch, and I launch MW with MWEnhanced.
