Will we be able to run the CK seperate from Steam? : V

I haven't been able to find any information on this. I'm guessing it hasn't been announced yet?

Any speculation and/or facts are welcomed.

Probably will be like skyrim: active steam in the background.

I can't imagine the CK with have anything to do with Steam. The CK doesn't require the Skyrim executable file in anyway.

Fallout New Vegas Editor did not need Steam.

Now, while the editor should not need Steam, you will need it to launch the game to test your mod, so it is kind of moot whether Steam is there or not. As it will be needed for part of the process.
