I've been trying to complete this quest since the game released, but for some reason I can't find the last irradiated dogtag. Is this a bug or am I looking in the wrong place, or what? I've spent hours searching all over Camp Searchlight, but I can't find it. Either I didn't kill the last Ghoul and he's roaming the wasteland somewhere, or it's on a dead body that I can't find. Is there another place near the camp where I might find the missing ghoul/dogtag? I've also searched extensively around Camp Searchlight, in every direction, but I haven't had any luck so far.

I'm playing it on ps3, and so far this is the only quest I haven't been able to finish. I haven't beaten the game, I still have a ton of quests to do, but this one quest I've literally spent 20+ hours on since October. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

"Kill them all, but pay special attention to those wearing NCR uniforms. Search every one, and although you don't find Irradiated Dogtags on every corpse, you should find nine. Having trouble finding them all? Here's where to look:

■Cross the bridge, and tackle a group of Ghouls close to the Police Station.
■Some usually lurk on or near the main crossroads by the Fire Station.
■Don't forget the Ghouls close to the chapel and NCR storage area on the west side of town.
■Don't overlook a couple of foes near the turrets on the far east of town.
Although these are the usual locations, you may not find all nine Dogtags from these Ghouls due to them (for example) being slain and looted before you arrive here. If you're short on Dogtags, search the dwellings in and around town, and locate any additional bodies in there, to bring your total up to a minimum of nine (or 10 if you don't want to deal with Private Edwards). "
