Will argonians walk semi-digitigrade (on their toes) again?

Post » Tue Sep 27, 2011 10:15 pm

I was totally disappointed with how human the Argonians looked in TES4. It's like they stripped all the cool reptilian stuff away from them, and just left them so placid and boring. I really like the raptor esthetic they're going for this time around, but I'm wondering if they're still going to walk like normal bipeds? From the screenshots, it looks like they don't, thank goodness. As petty as it sounds, this really could effect if I bother with another TES game*. Does anyone know for sure though?

*I meant right away.

Since when is walking on your toes a reptilian thing? Argonians have human feet, as they always had before and after Morrowind.

Argonians nor khajiits have beast legs in skyrim. I believe it was vsions that confirmed it.

Actually, Morrowind was the only TES game where they did have beast legs. Every other game gave them normal legs.

And no, they won't have beast legs. Vsions, the developer who handles these things, said they tried but they couldn't get it done in the amount of time they had. He did say their feet will be more beast-like though, whatever that means.

Oh, I meant on launch day. I don't by a game on launch unless it's pretty much 100% no complaints. If not, I wait for the price to go down.

Still, that's disappointing. I heard a rumor that betheseda supports mesh mods using blender, would it be possible to add a new walking animations?

He is probally some sick " Furry " , waiting for some 18+ mods with Argonians and Khajiits....

<_< I may be new here, but I'm pretty sure I can recognize a report post button.
