I am plannign to get this game and I want to make james Bond and I know Bond and James and Bond are names Codsworth can say. If I name myself James Bond, will he say James Bond or Mr. James Bond? Or will he say Mr. James or Mr. Bond?

As far as I can tell the chars I made that had a double name that were both on the list (Angela Peterson, Jack Daniels) are being called by their last name by Codsworth, however this info is purely based on the tutorial alone.
