Will cooking be treated as a skill?

WIth cooking said to make "food" items more effective when consumed it got me thinking is cooking going to be a skill like mineing and crafting? Meaning you would have to train it to cook effectively and not burn/ruin you ingrediant or will it be part of alchemy because alchemy deals with all edible items as ingreadients?

I believe all the skills are confirmed, and cooking is not one of their number. I believe its a thrown-in feature to turn raw meats into cooked meats and increase their effectiveness.

I heard they took out athletics and acrobatics, because who wanted to make a character that could not run or jump well (or something like that).
So i figure they thought who wants to make a character that does not know how to cook for themselves.
But I have to say it would be pretty cool to become a master chef.
Renting a open stall and selling your delicious food to people that can afford it.
