No, I've had enough of developers skimping on the single player because of a multiplayer component. Luckily Bethesda have not caved in to that.

For the uninformed, Dark Souls offers a great new on-line aspect of “factions” in Multi-Player.
I know it’s not coming this year, but can you foresee “Factions” on a grand scale of The Elder Scrolls in the future?
I think this would be a great direction to take this franchise.
Opinions?

Thankfully not in Skyrim. I've heard quite a few of the developers don't want multiplayer in The Elder Scrolls. If they did make an multiplayer game based of The Elder Scrolls it would be a spinoff

Indeed. I have the utmost respect for Mr. Howard because he refuses to do the few things that would destroy The Elder Scrolls. No matter how much some of the people on this forum disagree with gameplay changes, these games will always be great. We owe that to Todd and the excellent design team behind him.
