as i recall in morrowind, underwear mostly served as a censor bar, since if you were in your underwear, everyone treated you as if you were completely naked.
they should just stick some fur underwear on everyone, nice and warm.
i do wonder why they avoid nudity like the plague in these later TES games, though... i mean, i guess they might be trying to reach a wider audience, but... oblivion was taken off the shelves temporarily and changed to an "M" rating, anyway... and skyrim will most likely get the same rating.
so whether or not it has nudity, it'll most likely reach the same amount of people... witcher 2 has the full package, from what i saw, nudity, six scenes, yet apparently its still just rated "M" and will be on the shelves.
not saying TES should have six scenes, but nudity shouldnt be avoided so much, especially when they put quite a bit of focus on it in their early games.
im mostly curious WHY they stopped using nudity... it doesnt automatically condemn a game to an AO rating.
hell, most fighting games out there show nearly every inch of skin on females, or puts them in outfits so tight they may as well be nvde, and still get a "T" rating.
mostly just ramblings, im not expecting or suggesting bethesda to go for these approaches, just curious why they decided to stop using nudity in their games, and offering examples that show its not something to fear using with more detailed graphics.
