First, go look for Asus, or HP PC's second, look at the refurbished option.

It's a huge step upward from a low quality six to seven year old clunker, to a game-capable Medium Grade machine, but it's still on up in age, approaching three years, so the power supply may well be ready for replacement by now.
Click on my link to the PC Magazine review article and compare the component inventory named there to the current component inventory in the unit you have located. If everything is the same as the reviewed unit, (allowing for the already noted need to replace the power supply due to its age) it will be just fine for any of Bethesda's games.
It'll be fine. The 8800GT in this system will max the vanilla game up to a 1680x1050 resolution. I just hope you're not paying an arm and a leg for it...the system is worth maybe around $500 these days.
