Will fallout 3 run on my Laptop

This looks like the best place to post my question. If it's not or there's a better place, I apologize.

So here's the minimum system requirements

"Minimum System Requirements:

Windows XP/Vista
1GB System RAM (XP)/ 2GB System RAM (Vista)
2.4 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor
Direct X 9.0c compliant video card with 256MB RAM (NVIDIA 6800 or better/ATI X850 or better)

Recommended System Requirements:

Intel Core 2 Duo processor
2 GB System RAM
Direct X 9.0c compliant video card with 512MB RAM (NVIDIA 8800 series, ATI 3800 series)"

My laptop runs on windows 7, has an "Intel® Core™ i5 CPU @ 450 2.40ghz", 4.00GB RAM, and an "Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator HD" for a video card.

I guess my questions is simple. Do you think fallout 3 will run on my machine? Thanks for any help

"Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator HD"

^^^ It won't run because of that. This is not meant for gaming and FO3 will just crash upon launch. Since this is a laptop, upgrading that to a real video card/chip is highly unlikely.

There is a .dll fix floating around on the web to force the game to run on that chipset, but I don't really recommend it due to possibly borking your OS install and deteriorating the life of the chipset quicker. Playability will suffer as well...these chips are simply just underpowered and under-featured.
