Will Fallout 4.....

The 'hate' stems the tiny slice of the 'community' that is the forums. This is why incorporating the most popular mods is the best way to listen.

The free DLC's are just a gimmick and it should have all been part of the game.

No they shouldn't have, for a variety of reasons. And I say that as someone who isn't a fan of the series. Production pipeline doesn't work that way, and frankly with the modern environment of used sales, DLC is a great way to get longevity out of the title that won't be their otherwise. DLC done that way is nothing but a win/win for the consumer/developer. Whining about it is one of the stupider things you can do if you want a healthy industry.

I am not whining. Those DLC's were done when the game was done and they decided to release it as DLC's. At least they are free. It is just a gimmick.

mm-hmm... I'm feeling the hate flowing. So much Dark Side goin' on!

And, what do you do when the Mod capability is stretched, and can no longer handle the requests of the Modding community (or fan/player base)?

Well, then you have to hope the Dev team is 'listening in', and expands the capabilities of the game with an 'expansion'. Or major update. Or fantabulous Patch. Yes?

So, moving on beyond the short-sighted "never listen to players, BAD IDEA" mentality, and think beyond that into what I'm trying to express. Plx?

No they weren't. And there is no compelling evidence to the contrary.

I really hope that English isn't your first language. The devs have been incorporating mods into the base iteration of the game for some time. hardcoe Mode, weapon kits, Ironsights, Realtime Settler. All examples of things that the devs have seen are popular and included into the next iteration of the game.

Todd stressed that this is a next-gen game only on next-gen consoles with a next-gen version of the Creation Engine. One would hope they're not stuck in the past.

Oh wait, Creation Engine... LOL.

Time to end this discussion, as it seems it's now degrading rapidly.

It's a question. A concern.

I expected DISCUSSION, not this level of negativity, whining, insults, and flaming.

We live in a very litigious society.

How litigious? ~This litigious: http://i271.photobucket.com/albums/jj125/Gizmojunk/Egg.jpg

*Most of the ideas they've probably already thought about, and found out why not to use them.

*Also... They are seen as professionals... How does it look when they have to get suggestions from fans? It looks like their games need something more to them, and it looks like they are out of ideas, and need help. I don't see the incentive to publicly take fan input seriously... But anything public is fair game to claim as their own... so posting ideas is fine, just never expect a public 'thank you' for them, or any accrediting of inspiration for them.

*There is a reason the CS & GECK EULAs assign ownership of anything created using them, to Bethesda/Zenimax. It's mostly for self defense though; as we live in a very litigious society.

This word, I do not think it means what you think it means.

What discussion? You didn't offer anything that hasn't been circlejerked into oblivion on these forums alone, much less the numerous other ones (Youtube, Reddit, fan sites). Most of what you wanted to 'discuss' you can either draw base conclusions about given the previous trends or they have flat out already answered.

too me its a fracking miracle were even still getting these games .

there only made buy 100ish people which :swear: tiny compared to content they can produce i consider godsend that they haven't given up the way that "tiny slice of the community" treats them.

as for

1 i don't think will happen

2. yeah todd has already voiced that is a concern of his

3 9 patchs for skyrim i think we see more this time around.

4.most of this will be handled when they release the new GECK.

Yes, time to end the discussion. If you make a thread to seek opinions, you get opinions which may or may not match your own. Describing such differing opinions as negativity, whining, insulting and flaming does nothing but perpetuate more of the same.
