I don't see why Beth has to be forced to keep their story open to interpretation for the minority of people that would be upset about not having a full gay playthrough catered to them. You can go on and on about wanting this or that to fit into YOUR lifestyle but in the end, it's the story Beth wants to tell, not yours. Past the set story you can make up whatever reason you want to romance a dude companion. But don't ask them to go out of their way to suit that storyline. They shouldn't have to

We're all seeking to evade something when we surf the intraweb. Being LGBT can be a problem in the context of our society, and thus the LGBT community is far more present on the net. On forums. Some estimate suggest that about 50 % of people writing on forums are LGBT. Look around you. Read other people's posts. Half of us is gay, lisbian, or other various sixual practice that isn't straight.
