As the title says , and do you guys feel it warrants one and whats your standpoint on them in general?

I don't believe Bethesda has said anything about this possibility. Although, and please correct me if I'm wrong, wasn't the Oblivion anniversary edition a re-release of the GOTY edition? The FO3 GOTY is still available, so even if they don't release a special anniversary edition you can still get the same content.

No video game deserves a 5 year anniversary.

I think 5 years is too short a time period to release an anniversary edition. Fallout 3 was an amazing game in it's time as far as gameplay elements and graphics were concerned, but we have the GOTY edition already, which provides everything an anniversary edition would include, so it's unnecessary at the moment. Maybe in ten years time, or 15, it may be commemorated, but for now, no.
