I have a condition for a light emitting spell that looks to see if you have Dawnbreaker equipped. It works fine but then I had a scary thought that if I temper the weapon it might change the weapon to a new form?

Tempering done NOT do that right? It only increases the health of the SAME formid... right?

You should be fine Duke, tempering doesn't change the form, it just adds extra data.
