Bethesda did a wonderful job making Fallout 3.
This is in the Mods section, therefor you posted in the wrong place.

Sorry, I posted earlier about the fact PS3 isnt getting the Mods and only XBOX and PC is and they locked it, Sorry i didnt want to explain further in fear they'd lock the post.

Reposting locked threads is a good way to get a warning, and suspension. Don't do it.
