Will New Vegas run on my Laptop? DXDIAG inside if it helps

Post » Wed May 09, 2012 8:28 am

Ive actually got the whole game running on my Xbox but would like to have it portable, a site called Canyourunit tells me it wont work but it also tells me games like Mass Effect, Oblivion and more will run fine and the requirements of those are fairly close to New Vegas.

Yes, I use the exact same laptop and New Vegas runs fine on medium settings. When the number of nearby NPCs in combat reaches 15-20+ I find that I get a small amount of lag, but nothing else.

You can get New Vegas for about $15 USD on Steam, or just wait for the ulimate edition is released ($50-60 USD), or wait till the Steam spring/summer sale and get the ultimate edition for $15-25 USD.

Yes, it will.

You have good settings and everything. Will probably run better than my laptop, and it can run FO:NV on high settings.
