I have just bought the GOTY edition about two days ago and have not been able to play one second of the game. I have tried changing the busethreadai=0 thing and that didn't work. Please give me some other options to work with here so i can get the game to run properly.

Intel HD Graphics driver

4GB RAM

I doubt very much that you will ever be able to play the game with an Intel HD Graphics chip. They cannot handle the game graphics. As the system requirements state, you must have a dedicated graphic card.
