Will the Construction Set used for Oblivion work for Morrowind without any problems? Because I'm confused if there's a separate Construction Set for Morrowind and Oblivion or not.

No, they have different sets. Go to the website to download the one of Oblivion. The one for morrowind IIRC comes on the disc.

The Oblivion CS is not compatible with the Morrowind CS.

GOTY does not need any Official patches.
And, the final version of the CS is the standard ones that comes with any version of the game. The Official patches have nothing to do with the CS.

If you need patches for Morrowind itself, you should explain which version you're currently running.
