Hi everyone (anyone)... HELP!!!

I am in Australia and my game save says Fallout New Vegas (UK) however I am logged into a USA account so the DLC is from the USA store. Does anyone know if DLC (USA) will play on a UK disk? Because I've downloaded all the add on packs and "installed" them but nothing is showing up in the submenu (
