Will Riften be the new Bravil? : V

I was wondering that since Riften has been confirmed as the hold for the Thieves Guild, that Riften will be the new "Bravil", since in Oblivion a lot of the Thieves Guild members lived in the more impoverished parts of Cyrodill. I was hoping it wouldn't be because Riften is in such a nice area (in the fall forest). Any thoughts?

They live in the sewers below Riften.

the theives guild operated out of the imperial city for the most part, and i liked bravil most in oblivion

I could see that happening. But I hope for more Thieve's Guild strongholds as well as Dark Brotherhood strongholds spread out throughout Skyrim.

Isn't Riften the town near the fall forest?
No I think Bravil is way too ugly to look like Riften.
