Will it run it

i really dont know if i should be posting this in betheasda forums but here goes,

iv played fallout 3 on xbox360 but i want to start playing it on pc , but what i want to know if my laptop will run it first before buying it , i know what the requirments are but some of them my laptop excels at others not ,

proccesor: intel pentium dual core cpu T45000 (2.3GHZ)
ram: 4 GB
graphics: intel GMA driver ( i know its not good)
disk drive:8 speed

i have windows 7 home premium 64 bit , and i dont know what my sound card is, hope u can help

The game will not run on any of the Intel video chipsets. They are too weak to play the game and do not support the correct shader model.

will it not even work at the lowest setting , and the graphics tuned for perfromance

Nah, it most likely will crash on startup and if it doesnt it will crash when you click new game. There is a modified .dll file floating around that will try to force the game to run. But it could damage your OS or even cause damage to the hardware itself.

ok then, ill stick to consoles till i get enough money for a good gaming desktop, thx for the info

Yeah building a good gaming desktop that can run Fallout 3 and Oblivion really isnt that expensive anymore. The tower itself can be as low as $650 or so if you built it yourself. (But throwing in a monitor in there will always bring up the price.)
