Don't think so, no. Every quest that has choices is hard to carry forward by Bethesda with them not making the choice for us, that is often why they keep it vague or the opposite. If they had been into save imports and stuff like that, then probably.

Unless he somehow grows legs, probably not.


Then again, his appearance in Fallout 3 was kind of an asspull to begin with.

He don't need legs, he spread his seeds...
