Will Skyrim be a best seller?

I think with the hardcoe TES fans that have been around since earlier games and then the newcomers that were introduced to Oblivion, Skyrim is gonna be a best seller, the hype is already pretty high and now GI are doing their biggest game cover with 14 pages so far.
