If so, what will they be like?

I put other because I believe they might have bathrooms, just not usable ones. And if they're in there, I imagine it would be your typical plank of wood with a hole in it...

Tamriel doesn't have bathrooms. You just go into the sewers and do your business while hoping a goblin doesn't disturb you. :P

Do the people of Nirn have such bodily functions? Or, if so, do they have them frequently enough that bathrooms would be necessary? After all, food in the past games offer things like Restore Health and other such effects. Who's to say that there's any part of it wasted? Maybe most, if not all, is converted into energy/magicka/etc.

They have sewer systems. Such systems generally imply your typical bodily functions.

Well, I would like to see bathrooms, as in the Roman / Greek, water to take a bath in, would make for some nice screenies anyway, Obv4 has a bath mod

It would be nice to see bathrooms and kitchens in most homes. Makes it feel like a home. I doubt they will add bathrooms though.

In Fallout 3, it seems that Beth got over their squeamishness over depicting children... and bathrooms. Since we have children in Skyrim, we may have excretory facilities now as well.

Do you follow my logic?

That's a common misconception. The main purpose of a "sewer" throughout history has always been to keep the streets from flooding with rainwater and snowmelt. Only in the last hundred years or so have we had modern indoor plumbing that would shuttle your excrement into the sewer system. That required the setup of filtration systems so the freshwater systems we drink from don't become hopelessly polluted with E Coli.

Right down to the toilet not being for sitting, but instead for drinking to restore health? :P

Who needs bathrooms? It's not like we have enormous and extensive sewer systems to handle the waste.

Wait...

I loved that there were sewers in Oblivion but no bathrooms.

I voted for "other." I'm hoping they add perhaps some outhouses here and there or a community bath house for each city. Usable or not, I don't mind either way. But I doubt such things will be added in.

Better Cities mod did things right by adding communal baths. Just saying.

Bathrooms in Skyrim? There better be because I normally like to play for 6 hours straight and about the 4th hour I normally start feeling twitchy...

I've said this before in the other threads like this, usually just before they get locked : how do you think the Mages'Guild afford the upkeep for all those halls and that big university when only members can use their services. They provide Tamriel with sorcerous waste disposal, at last a use for higher level telekinesis spells.

Each argonian female should have in her house a http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_5Z7SGBwpZ2I/TAVvy8hpQ9I/AAAAAAAAEJg/2CD3VorVofE/s320/95840377_4ee5d9cb1e_m.jpg. If you break into her house while she's doing the egg you may consider yourself in deep [censored].

We need to go deeper
Sewer dungeons is an fantasy cliche
In Oblivion sewer need only for Newcomer Adventures aswell as home for Goblins and shady persons.
But thats make sense why there is no water supply in so big cities like Imperial City?
Personally I use
Let the People Drink

TIE
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35265
And some other mod thats expand sewer system.
About OP question there is can be wooden outhouses in villages like this

I voted for No, I can't see it being added. Its not particularly important and doesn't detract from the immersion for me.
