Will my system run Oblivion? : IV

Will this run it on Can You Run It, it says my CPU is too slow.

My system:
AMD V160 Processor
CPU speed= 2.4 GHz (3 was recommended)
Windows 7
2.7 RAM
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250
DirectX version 11.0
Realtek High Definition Audio
185.6 GB Disc Space
HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GT32N SATA CdRom Device

You can run the game, but it wouldnt run much higher then low settings for acceptable FPS. Can you run it is a very unreliable site.

Also you dont have DX11. Your OS supports DX11 but neither the game or your graphics chipset support it.

Once again, the Can You Run It site has proven itself ineffective. The processor you have may not be the greatest, but it does surpass min requirements. Their engine merely looked at your clock speed without considering architecture and made the wrong determination.

The Radeon 4250 however isnt going to give you the greatest settings, but it will be playable at low.
