Th divide is near new vegas right so wouldnt that count as the optimal range I say yes does any one else think so.

Only one way to find out. Going to the Divide itself. I'm not gonna try it though, 15 pounds is too much for me.

Yeah, I usually bring 1 gun, ammo for it, light armor and stimpaks into a new dlc.
Everything else has to be found there.

Me too. All I brought to OWB was a .357 Magnum, a Pre War Casualwear, 5 Stealth Boys, and 10 Weapon Repair Kits. Well, that and 97 Mugs.

Does it really matter? its not like the archimedes is an effective against anything 10mm pistol couldn't easily kill.

I'd rather take on 8 deathclaws with a 10mm pistol then the archamedies laser which couldn't even take out one. Its a pathatic orbital weapon easily outdone by a dozen weapons in the game.

It'd probably make a better melee weapon than orbital laser anyway, smack somebody over the head with something that heavy and its going to be lights out.
