I was trying to think of an anology but im drawing a blank, Basically these game developers for a while are still going to be using the same game engines to build their games for the Xbox one, especially all these ones this fall of course, but even when no more 360 games are being released some companies might be still using the dated game engines (which would svck), we all want games that pop and are futuristic, and honestly the games shown at E3 that were for just the one in 2014, looked like games that could be for the 360, at least graphic wise.
BUt back to the game ceiling, to make these more powerful game engines will take more money, and then more man power to make games that use them to show off how much power the xbox one really has. I dont think we will see a game that will have you saying wow , nothing on the 360 could of been like this for 2 years at least. I didnt know if I should even get one. But fre financing through best buy on a gift card and 18 months to pay, might as well. I JUST WISH THEY WOULD LET US PLAY OUR 360 games ON THE XBOX ONE!!!!
oh BTW, I get EA games for $20 , hell yea!! but the only thing is im not that into all the sports games, not really at all. But battlefiedl? Heck yea, and that other game thats coming out that to me was the highlight of E3,ummmm, cant remember the name. The multiplayer game with the robots you get in and out, you all know what i mean. BUt what I usually do (and was so mad at xbox with those rules that if they didnt change i probably wouldny buy another system again, any system), but I skill it, and basically pay $10 to buy the new best games.
I get them from BEST BUY, you have to be a rewards zone member, and the last few years, any game worth buying has been on the list that if you pre order it, then purchase it you get $20 store credit! its awesome if you buy a good amount of games, or even say 4-5 a year like me. SO then the game is about $30 you end up paying, you play the game for say 4-5 months, if its like borderlands 2 of course i keep it. but most i play for a while, then put it up on ebay, get $20-$30 and bam, i had the game for $10. The last COD I said you know what f this, im sick of these games, COD svcks. same old game every game. people are so obsessed with the game you cant be a casual player and have fun playing with these cheaters and people knowing exactly all the funneling points, it svcks. So i put it in ebay after 2 weeks, and I made $20 on that game!! someone bought it from me for $60? I dont know why, but i was happy as a clam. Didnt they know that at the store its $59.99? Plus he payed shipping? Maybe he lives in the middle of nowhere.
