I highly doubt that. They'll wait to announce until they have something fairly polished to show, to be sure, but 1) it defeats the whole point of the "hyping your game to get better sales" strategy to announce your game and then release it virtually at the same time because its done, and 2) announcing when it's done and then purposely delaying the game to hype it would be a rather large waste of money and purchasing windows.

I'm not saying they won't, you're probably right, but the RPG community is pretty solid and TES:V marketing would be lost within the mass of mundane activity #12 hero, super mario land 189 and other cookie cutter games that are shoved down the throats of todays 'modern, upbeat and edgy consumer.'
Even though they all svck, and I'm guessing TES fans aren't swayed by such stupidity
