Will their still be leveled quest rewards?

I know that this time the system is more based on Fallout's system, but does that mean that their wont be leveled guest rewards..? I was just a pain in Oblivion, waiting to do certain quest to get the best reward was the *dumbest* ideer EVER.

So... it's in or out?

If the fallout games are any indicator, I'd say beth is phasing out the leveled rewards in favor of quests or opponents designed to limit obtaining particular rewards until particualr levels or game progression points are reached.

To add some speculation all my own, the level system may be arranged un such a way as to limit the utility of high-level weapons until high levels are reached, possibly similar to the skill requirements on some items seen in Fallout New Vegas.

They haven't outright said, only repeated their "level scaling will be 'more like' Fallout 3" mantra. The "more like" part leaves plenty of wiggle room for them to do pretty much anything, but a literal "Just like Fallout 3" reading says there'll be no level-scaled items in the game. There were, as I recall, some level-scaled rewards but the scaling was how many caps/stimpacks/items you got, not getting greater or lesser versions of the same item.

Most likely the best rewards will be hard to get at low levels.....either because thier guard by a high level creature/area/NPC or require some high level skill to get to (like high lockpicking)

It's confirmed in the Italian coverage that 75% of quest rewards will be random generated. The other 25% will be hand-picked and the main quest is included in those 25%.
