I know that this time the system is more based on Fallout's system, but does that mean that their wont be leveled guest rewards..? I was just a pain in Oblivion, waiting to do certain quest to get the best reward was the *dumbest* ideer EVER.
So... it's in or out?
They haven't outright said, only repeated their "level scaling will be 'more like' Fallout 3" mantra. The "more like" part leaves plenty of wiggle room for them to do pretty much anything, but a literal "Just like Fallout 3" reading says there'll be no level-scaled
items in the game. There were, as I recall, some level-scaled
rewards but the scaling was how many caps/stimpacks/items you got, not getting greater or lesser versions of the same item.
