I was on the forum and somebody mentioned that the trademark/patent office has Skyrim stuff already trademarked and patented by ZeniMax/Bethesda Softworks. Well I found a link to the trademark offiice and found the stuff! For the link click on link at the bottom and read instructions. :celebration: I think this is somewhat proof that the next TES will be The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim or at least a new TES Travels. I also heard on http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2007/11/27/bethesda-zenimax-acquire-mmo-engine/ that Zenimax ordered some MMO servers, but this is likely for a suspected Fallout MMO. Go to this http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=searchss&state=4001:toajhn.1.1 type in "skyrim" and click Submit Query. These trademarks seem to have been filed the same year Oblivion came out. If for any reason the link is a dead end Try http://www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm and click on search, you will come to a new page click on New user Search (Basic) you'll come to a new page again. Type in "skyrim" and click on submit query.
