If so, when?
Also, I hope it will be like Fallout 3 with VATS and gameplay elements and everything, but with better graphics, bigger world, more levels and vehicles.
But I'm getting ahead of myself. Will there be or not?

I'd assume the guys at Beth will be back on an producing Elder Scrolls game.

Beth have said that they didnt buy the rights to Fallout just to make one game.

However i expect they'll make another ES game before Fallout 4.

I really hope the next TES game has VATS. It can work with sword combat, just look at Vagrant Story.

Maybe they will hire another team and work on both series at the same time. They could release them a year apart, making us mod freaks mad because we still haden't gottten the first one to our liking before we had another gem to play around in.

Otherwise I hope that the elderscrolls V is already in production, or the next iteration of their game engine is.

I really hope the next TES game has VATS. It can work with sword combat, just look at Vagrant Story.

that would be fun, I loved Vagrant Story. But the slow motion in VATS mode gets old after awhile. Maybe if they sped it up. Dismembering arms and legs would rock as well.

theyve already announced tes 5 so i imagine fo4 will be in maaybe 3 years or more, also google project v13, fallout multiplayer

There has been leaked information about Fallout 4 already. If you look around i think IGN has an article about it. They haven't given much information or detail on seeing that Fallout 3 is very new with more content coming out. I think they're working on both Elder Scrolls and Fallout 3 at the same time.

I no doubt would expect a Fallout 4 in several years.

I hope you are right. What I would like is all that is Fallout 3 with the use of a vehicle, ie something built in the wasteland like a mad max or from a vault that flies. Alsp would be neat if the city is Moscow as this is the other city of the Cold War. Tha would be interesting

There will be in due time, for so long Beth softwork doesn't go bankrupted, or other ways the rights of publishing and making the game are going on loose.

The location must likely will be somewhere in the united states since fall out has it orgins through I am not against seeing a game being released in other parts of the world (Europe)
