I overheard somewhere that eating isn't a requirement in Skyrim. That's great, because I don't want to have to worry about it. But I think it should still be an option. Especially if you're going to be a casual player, who enjoys the simpler things in life (the virtual life) like farming, cooking and fishing. I usually don't take this approach in games, but it's fun if you're into that slower paced style.
For those who are unaware, "hardcoe" mode is a difficulty setting in
Fall Out: New Vegas that requires the player to feed every so often. I haven't played the game myself, so I'm unaware of any other effects of this setting. I'm hoping that this feature will be available in Skyrim either when starting a new game or toggling it on or off in the menus.
