I have no experience in modding and i don't know any programming language. So, i just started learning basics of modding Skyrim, but all i found was "Creating cells", "Creating armor/weapon", "Creating Assets", "Making quest", etc. and nothing about changing arrow physics or adding new attributes to items. That made me wonder, will there be tutorials for Fallout 4 on how to change or add game mechanics? Even better would be to explain how game works: weapons, effects, radiation, physics, etc.
