Will they patch in the missing things in the game?

Like the ancient falmer crown or conjure dragon priest spell.

Will they patch them in as they belong there?

Or does Bethesda not care enough about skyrim anymore?

Hopefully Bethesda will continue to provide updates/patches even though there will be no new DLC.

Were those supposed to be originally in?

Jarl clothes are actually in the game, as in, available to the player. You have to do the Thieves Guild quests, though.

The crown seems like it was, if you have a PC you can obtain it with console commands and no mods.

The conjure Dragon Priest spell is something I am not sure of though.

I know about noble clothes. I mean the orange and green versions and also elisifs and toryggs clothes.

Fine Raiment I believe. There is even an (correct!) inventory model for it.

The spell is in there, it is an expert level spell obtainable through console commands, look on usep.

honestly i would rather just have fixes for quests, holes in the ground etc, but yet it would be NICE to have any missing content that is in there, but not SET in there added to the game, maybe they could sneak in a few ..... extra things in there along the way too ^_^

That would be a cool spell to have.

Most likely little things like this will not be patched in except perhaps the game of the year edition

sometimes the game fails to load everything and leaves holes in the ground if you fall down the holes you end up in water.
