Will this build make the game too easy?

I want to try a build that sounds like fun but from what I hear it'll be way too easy, even on Master. Here is the plan

Smithing to craft and upgrade Daedric Armor
Illusion fully perked for frenzy/fear
Conjuration fully perked for minions
One Hand perked for a bit added damage
Resto with some perks for mana regen

Basically, I will have left hand magic, right hand sword, and walk into battle with a minion(s) and use illusion spells or attack with sword based on how many enemies there are.

I hear from those that use illusion that it's game breaking and when combined with smithing, this will be a boring experience because of how easy the game will be. Anyone tried something similar?

Smithing on its own won't break the game. It's when you combine it with alchemy and enchanting that it allows you to craft god-equipment. I'd say you'll still be challenged plenty with that build. But then again, I don't know how strong illusion is at high levels.

You will have your hands in so many different pots, on so many different skills, that I think it will take an awfully long time to reach the goals you set out, and even if the game is a little easy once you get there, It will not that easy to get there.

You are talking about doing 3/5 magic skills, plus crafting, plus one handed, and I assume you'll be wearing armor since no alteration, so that skill will increase.

If you try to do all that different stuff, it will be pretty challenging I think. Super-smithing won't make it broken by itself

that is a pretty imba support build, it will be easy if you use and equip a strong companion such as uthgerd, but if you will be going on your own it will be chalenging.

leveling will be very slow tho I think, as most of the fighting will be done by sumons and companion... especially your armor skill, will take very long to level, normally.

Illusion works very well at any level, but at high levels you NEED to dual cast for it to be effective. I use fury all the time dual casted, considering I am level 50+ (enemies are mostly at their max level), not much resists it.

basicly dont use smithing, enchanting, alchemy, conjuration, sneaking if you want a balanced game. Those are the game breakers!

dunno about sneaking, with 100 skill and all perks in it (tho I only used 1 in the first tier) I still get detected by higher level mobs,
as for the others, they arnt really game breaking on their own, it when you combine them to make insane multipliers on stuff.

I guess I'm most concerned about Illusion and being able to basically frenzy everything. Is it as easy as it sounds? I do think I will level slowly, especially since HA wont level fast as I wont be getting hit as much, and 1h will be used half as often as a full fledged melee character. I guess thats what training is for!
