It has Intel graphics. That means it's going to be useless for gaming regardless of the other components. You'll want a full standalone graphics card from Nvidia or ATi.

Intel's graphics chips are not for gaming, they are for driving high resolution video at best. They are not capable of playing any game from the past several years, never mind acceptably.
ATI and nVidia are the only major GPU designers on the market, one cannot be a really devoted fan for an entire industry. That doesn't even make sense.

Oh wow, way to be a [censored], OP.

Not that you deserve further explanation from me, but Intel only makes integrated graphics chipsets, not dedicated graphics cards. They're not good for gaming, because they're not designed for it. No brand loyalty involved.

Bumpo.

Unbumpo. You've gotten your answer. Integrated gpus dont work for crap with these games. I started out playing FO3 on intel gpu chipset and I could barely run it. I quickly threw a proper graphics card in there and had no problems. I now use a monster I got special for FONV. The graphics card makes all the difference in the world. You asked your question, you responded in a less than ideal way to the one guy trying to help you, and now that you've got your answer you can request a mod to lock this, not bump it.

OP has failed to point out that he actually changed the link, which by the way is a dynamic list where number 9 is currently a mac mini -_-

Another weak choice. While the video description is for a Radeon 3000, it is still a very weak integrated chipset. You can expect the lowest of settings. You're simply not spending enough here for something respectable that will run this game decently.

You'd at least want to upgrade to a real video card for this system.

K listen bro. I have the cheapest computer at walmart and I can run this game on low graphics just fine. You'll be ok!

Updated for the fourth time, I think this is quite a good comp...

That CyberpowerPC system is overpriced and it's not even that great really. I'll help you out here try one of these three customizable systems and note the changes....

1. http://www.chillblast.com/pconf.php?productid=19639
- Change graphics card to Radeon 5670
- Change power supply to at least the OCZ Stealth Extreme 500W PSU. This is IMPORTANT...do not skimp on this
- Everything else is up to you. Should be under £600

2. http://www.chillblast.com/pconf.php?productid=19737
- Change Processor to Core i5 2500K
- Change power supply to at least the Xigmatek 500W PSU. This is IMPORTANT...do not skimp on this
- Graphics card to at least the Radeon 5670....5770 preferable.
- Monitor to 21.5" BenQ

3. Chttp://www.chillblast.com/pconf.php?productid=19729
- Change Processor to Core i5 760
- Graphics card to at least Radeon 5670
- Change power supply to at least the Xigmatek 500W PSU. This is IMPORTANT...do not skimp on this
- Monitor to 21.5" BenQ

Which system is better will depend on what you can afford and how you customize the systems. They're all pretty decent though and should get you high settings. I'll leave this ranking for Processors and Graphics Cards so that you can make a balanced choice:

Phenom II X4 955 < Core i5 760 < Core i5 2500K

Radeon 5670 < Radeon 5770 < GeForce GTX 460 ~ Radeon 6850

You will NOT get a compputer that can run NV at high for that price range. Maybe in 5 years, but by then Skyrim and probably Fallout 4 will be out.

And stop bumping. Its against forum rules and done enough could get you suspended or banned.

I would go with http://www.pless.co.uk/product.php?productid=5109;

but what ever you do go above the minum requirements for the game which are listed http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=589&game=Fallout:%20New%20Vegas
if you want to run the game on high settings.
