I've only played Oblivion, so probably.

For my favorite RPG, Chrono Trigger will always be there.

Its going to be my favorite Elder Scrolls game, but my favorite RPG goes to either Baulders Gate(1+2) and Neverwinter Nights. Those were the first three games I'd ever played and are near and dear to me

To be completely honest (as much as I had fun with it), coming off of Oblivion they'd have to try really hard to do worse.

It depends. I don't know about Skyrim but I loved using the command humanoid spell to lead an army of Imperial Guards during my quests in Oblivion.

It will probably be my favorite Elder Scrolls, but Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic will always be my top RPG.

Yes, it has the potential to be as good as Morrowind was.

i expect a lot of the people who disliked oblivion to have major problems with this game.
i personally just want an updated visual world and modders will do the rest..

open sandbox games such as fallout and oblivion are my favorite type of game and only bethesda imo give me that,
so yes hoping it will be my favorite rpg and favorite game of all.
being fallout3, oblivion and arma2 (BE warfare) are my favorite games ever, i dont think they will disappoint especially what i already know about the game!!

i expect there to be many features i wish were left in and probably left out, but i still think this will be my favorite game of all time
if not from the beginning it will once modders fix it.

i just gotta love the basics... you're a Viking that can breathe fire, and snacks on the souls of dragons. personally i think it'll be my favorite elder scrolls, but my favorite RPG? it's not impossible but i doubt it

As good as Skyrim looks, I do not expect it to dethrone Morrowind as my Favourite TES, Favourite RPG, and Favourite Game of all time.

Morrowind being my favorite game of all time, i don't expect skyrim to surpass it. But i will very VERY pleasantly surprised if it does. IMO, Morrowind had a very alien feeling, something about the entire game that i just loved. It was familiar, and yet different. I don't think skyrim (or any game) will be able to replicate that. Skyrim, even with its awesome graphics, brilliant combat, and wonderful writing; simply won't be able to bring back that feeling of wonder lust, at least I don't think it will.

I don't know If it would be my top RPG game ever But I put the Elder scrolls in my top 5 list.. I don't have a specific order that they go in but it is in my top 5

* Diablo 1 and 2 ( PC )
* Star wars Knights of the old Republic ( XboX )
* Sword of Vermillion ( SeGa Genesis )
* Zelda [ 1 ] ( NES )
* The Elder Scrolls- from Morrowind to Present ( Xbox - Ps3 )

like I said the games go in no particular order because I loved and enjoyed them all equally, and also for there unique individual game play..

I only ever played Oblivion for XBOX 360 and i loved it, even if everybody said how bad it is without mods. If Skyrim was Oblivion with dragons id probbably still be satisfied. Looking forward to its release :)
