Will it be compatible with :

- Unnoficial Skyrim patch
-Unnoficila Dawnguard patch
- Unnoficial Hearthfire patch

Probably some of the fixes from the unofficial patches are now fixed by the official patch. If you still use the old unofficial patches you might "refix" an old bug but maybe in a other way. I don't really think there will be any issues though.

By the time the patch is out of beta (which may take weeks), yes.
