Check this out , its gamebryo right? Its an evolved version? Will Bethesda use those features or are working on their own?

No.

Highly unlikely that Beth will ever use somebody else's engine for their own game. They've said as much before.

Gotta remember that Gamebyro provide the basic engine, that kind of tech is available in nearlly every engine in this current gen, it's all about how the engine is implemented by the devs that matters. Look at the difference between Mass Effect and Gears of War. Same basic tech, implemented in different ways for different effects.

My late night reasoning.

I'd say probably not that exact engine but, they could use Gamebyro yes. It's just how they utilize it for certain things that makes games different.

They are using Gamebryo, yes. They've tweaked it over many years, and they'll continue to do so.

They've said that their engine is so heavily tweaked that it is practically their own engine now, so it would not be as easy a transition as one might believe intuitively.

I am absolutely sure that they will just use the Oblivion engine again. I'm sure they have been updatig it since oblivion, but I dont think they could get anything of THAT quality just modding the engine they have. They should just scrap what theyve got and use a newer version of Gamebryo like in the vid rather than using the version theyve had since Morrowind.

Bethesda now technically has access to the idTech engine, since id was acquired by Zenimax. There's the possibility they may transition over to that.
