Will weather change between Summer-winter?

Title says all, I think it would be a nice thing. No snowstroms on summer, and no sunny days in winter.

I dont think the game will be set in seasons, weather is just gonna be random or set differently in each part of the skyrim map.

No seasons confirmed weather will chage though and there might be cold spells maybe people will comment on the weather.

Videogames this generation don't tend to simulate seasons, they just make parts of the world incorporate the differences in them. Red Dead Redemption did it pretty well. Skyrim's topography shows that it pretty much covers the 4 of them in different regions of the world. The higher up you go on the map, 2 dimensionally and 3 dimensionally, the more wintery it gets. Furhter south, pine forests and whatnot incorporate summer and spring, and the middle plains that run up against the cold northern areas have fall.
