As reference mine is i5-4200M, GT740M and 8 gb ram running 720p medium to high settings really fluid even on crowded battles. Guess Bethesda got confused and accidently optimised their games for once

I have 840M, i5 5200u, 6GB ram. Game works on lowish settings, draw distances near higher. I have textures on ultra though. I get about 27-35fps most of the time.
So I wouldn't be too sure about 630, probably will run on most things really low.
