I would just go to PC and play in God Mode and all that fun jazz, as I did for a long time on Fallout New Vegas, Skyrim, Oblivion, & Fallout 3, but I think my 755m has finally had it, due to that I no longer have a capable PC to play these BIG Open World RPG titles (Fallout 4 Included). I probably won't for a long time either, as I would like to get a PS4 sometime in 2016 because of exclusives and better graphics on certain titles, but that's probably the best I could do at this time. Heck I am grateful I was able to afford an Astro A50 just after Christmas. I currently play on Xbox One and really love the settlement system, but I feel by the time you have a palace of a settlement you've practically explored everything and all your other settlements have little to no work on them, it's almost like why was this implemented if you can't get enough resources to make each one a palace by end game. I know Xbox One and PS4 have no access to the console cheat system and probably won't ever, but the option for either a cheat menu or a mod that adds an almost infinite supply of crafting resources would be so AMAZING! I would appreciate anyone's advice on how to get a decent amount of resources by at least middle game or people's opinions on this would be awesome. Currently Level 19 playing on very easy, as I am more of a casual player and like to take my time exploring more than anything.

NOTE: By "Or Mods" I meant "Or Cheat Mods" but it won't fit in the title.

Todd Howard did state that he wanted people to be able to "break their game" with mods. So I can't see why cheaty type mods wouldn't be allowed. As far as we know the only mods that won't be allowed will be ones that contain nudity or use resources from other games. But, we'll have to wait and see since nobody really knows yet.
