I'm listening to a song from the Braveheart Soundtrack :violin: , and it just made me realise that I'd love to make a William Wallace character. Get the face paint and what not. There's already a preset character in the Nord section I believe, who looks just like him. Some tweaking, and I could be on my way. I'm sure this topic has risen before, but who else is doing something similar?

i was just about to make a topic like this but i digress. ill probably make one like sean bean in game of thrones when i do a human character. most awesome show ever a must watch hated episode 9 though and always will.

True dat bro, worst decision a tv show has ever made in my eyes.

I usually make my characters look like Vigo or Sean Bean from LOTR. Just because they're the coolest characters in the world.

It'd be wonderful to make the lead singer of Amon Amarth. I see it being easy, now that they have actual beards in the game. I won't be surprised if someone tries to make Gandalf. lol

I'll go with what I usually do in these games.

Myself, for starters.

I like fixating myself in the world a video game creates and seeing how well I do.

After that, I'll probably make either a Gandalf or Dumbledore mage character, with respective weapons and appearance.
And my final character will be my badass warrior character, who will probably end up (unintentionally) looking like Aragorn. :s

I totally understand. Aragorn is an awesome character. If the Elves weren't their own form in this game, then I would try to make Legolas.

Once I get tired of original characters I plan to make a Guts build (my avatar) from Berserk (missing eye, scars the whole deal, minus the missing arm, but I'll just get some all black armor and pretend he has the magnetic gauntlet/arm on all the time, and find some redguard woman to hook up with and go adventuring with. Then I plan on making Vin from the Mistborn Series.

I'd like to make my character up as I go along. In the past I'd like to base it partially on myself, my envisioned ideal self lol when selecting starting traits. But since Skyrim doesn't have attibutes or starting skills- uhm, no.

well it wasn't really the shows choice due to the fact that its based off the books and all, but i get what you mean (I was pissed to haha)

im also planing on making a few characters from Game of thrones. probably based on Ned, John, Robb, and for the female character Danaries for obvious reasons lol

Same here. I want to feel like im in the game and i try to follow my own morals too. Be a good guy but give a crap once in a while

Sadly it looks like it will be very hard to create a look alike with the new character creation system. Kinda looks like alm characters have roughly the same head shape and proportions of chin to nose to eyes to top-of-head so the diversity is rather shallow...
Though the khajiit and argonians do have nice veriety... But they dont look that much like me…
