So, by your logic, you will buy a sequel to a game, even if the game before it was a giant piece of crap that was unplayable? Without getting any information on it whatsoever? So you buy games on a blind whim? Jesus, I feel sorry for you. And oh, they are games he knows nothing about. A sequel is supposed to bring new things to the table and change the formula to make the game better, not stay the same.
How stupid are you? This is a real question. I'm curious. How stupid are you? On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being stupidest.
I never said I would buy a sequel before knowing it was a "giant piece of crap." The poll was created because I am curious to see if people will still purchase the next game in the Fallout series, whether it's MMO or whatever.
Do you know how many people pre-ordered this game, before the reviews came out based on the enjoyment of FO3? Some people actually take into account previous experience when taking future actions. This clearly is not something you can understand, but I feel obligated to write it anyway.
Would you go to a new restaurant opened by one of your favorite Chef's? Will you go see a movie with your favorite actors on opening night? Would you see Return of the Jedi because you like Empire Strikes back? The answer for anyone with any sense is yes, you would.
My point is that the Fallout series, despite being fun and have a loyal following has broken their promise of delivering a working product, and I was inquiring as to whether people will still be interested in the next game and how they will approach making a purchase.
I have no expectation that you can understand any of this. Good luck in life.
