Hey,

I propably base the appearance on myself, the skills and perks will be high INT and CHA, and devide the remaining points.

For FO3 I played the Lone Wanderer with a "son of James" nerd build. In FONV my Courier was based on and named after comic book character http://dc.wikia.com/wiki/Matches_Malone_(New_Earth) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TwhmsWrHYY. In FO4 I'm going with an amalgam of me and my cousins.

The long suffering sidekick role continues. I feel bad for that companion already. :sadvaultboy:

Louis Huang from Fresh Off the Boat. My settlements are gonna be a post-apocalyptic food empire. I'll dress up like a cowboy and be incredibly frugal with caps and focus on melee because ammo costs money because that's what Jessica would've wanted... *sniff*

Interesting thought - that could be fun. Or even the (very recent) Maise Williams.

If I design my own, she might be a tomboy tho'. Hmm. ^.^

Maybe a fallout version of Captain America. That good old days farm boy patriotic idealism + humility + war hero - super powers.

He's physically capable an resourceful enought to thrive in the wasteland, so his real internal struggle is dealing with the loss of everything. But the idealism and innocent American exceptionalism does hard, and he can't help but hope and work towards a brighter American future

I was going to be based on my normal character I usually play in these games but because of voice acting....

I had a character once based on a Stephen King character, but it was Trashcan Man from The Stand. He's absolutely perfect for Fallout and I might try that again.

I usually base my first character loosely on myself, but only in the beginning, then I go with the flow. Everything about the world is different, so my character will be similarly "reset" and need to discover who she is... I try not to have many preconceptions about the world to begin with, so it's interesting to see where I wind up.

Tom Cullen would be an interesting low Int inspiration. "M O O N, that spells Tom Cullen"
