Windhelm hijerim house question... : V

Can you some how purchase this home if you joined the imperial army and took over windhelm and didnt purcase it when the stormcloaks ruled it??

The new Jarl immediantly grants you permission to buy property. Same with Riften.

But if that house is terribly bugged, and if you complete the imperial questline you cant get the house without doing the Blood on Ice quest which is even more bugged and 50% of people cant even start it.

PLEASE Bethesda fix the Blood on Ice quest as i can start it and therefor cant get the best house in the game

This. I just went to see if the new patch fixed it, but I still cat get blood on the ice to trigger. Is it confirmed that you dint have to do it if you complete the Imperial civil war?

I feel like a boss having that mansion. Comes with an alchemy table and an enchanters table along with a freaking kitchen. Now Ysolda doesn't have any more excuses. Mwahaha
