I can't find the mod that restores the Windhelm arena.

Also I'm looking for a mod that changes the combat but I don't know which one to get.

And the other thing is, what mods go well with Frostfall, wet and cold, hunterborn and realistic needs and diseases.

I already have a cloak mod. I think it's called Cloaks of Skyrim. More cloaks is better but I don't like the look of most stuff in the winter is coming mod.
I don't know if my PC will like footprints so I'll leave that.

You're welcome. I'm the opposite: I really like the hires versions of the cloaks in Winter is Coming. The ones in Cloaks of Skyrim not so much.

I've been thinking about getting Splash of Rain for a few days.
I already have the Wet and Cold Ashes add-on.

There's also http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/files/file/1553-real-shelter-non-cot/, which stops rain falling through rooves in exteriors, and http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33886, which makes puddles grow in cities when it rains. I don't use them any more, there are a few glitches, but you might like them.

Not sure, I don't use the mod or the other one. Just read about it in the past.
