windhelm: poorly done with see-through walls : V

Am i the only one who finds these glitches? Randomly in windhelm, some walls will disappear, making me see through them(e.g. the palace)
the water puddles are horrible as well. Seems like gamesas did this city last on 10.11.11

I just didn't feel the city truly reflected it's history as the first human city on Tamriel. Other than that, meh. All the cities could do with some improving.

its just a special feature meant for only local guards to see :tops:

Only similar thing I've had in Windhelm was when my character randomly fell through the floor ...
I don't think it's overly bad, though. :shrug:

Who the hell likes to hang out in Windhelm anyways? Its tiny, it doesn't look nice and its always dark, snowy and depressing. There is constant racism that just makes you feel uncomfortable. Its the third worst city next to Riften then Markarth.

Maybe hes the one murdering people....maybe he hates the town so much....hes doing all of Tamriel a favor...
