1) Does this game really not support UltraHD in windowed mode? The settings panel won't allow it. When I tweak the ini file and configure it manually I get a screen only on the left half of my monitor. (mind boggling being that this technology has been around for over 5 years)

2) When I dumb the resolution down to a supported resolution in windowed mode, mouse action is erratic and unplayable.. When I alt-tab to another app, my mouse is still erratic and unusable.

3) In full-screen mode, mouse is somewhat erratic and extremely obnoxious and IMHO unplayable as well.

Any fixes to these issues?
