i am running morrowind on a fresh in install of windows 7 ultimate 64bit. Every time i run the game it locks up during load or crashes whenever i leave a room.

I don't know if this will help. I also have Windows 7 and I had problems installing Oblivion (I don't remember if i had a problem installing Morrowind or not). Anyway, Oblivion didn't like being installed in the Program Files folder, so on some advice I just installed it on my C drive. This did the trick. Not sure if this will help your situation. I also never looked at the warnings.txt to see what it said, especially since I wouldn't know where to look in the first place.

i have it installed under C Games. I do this with all games i own to prevent vista/windows 7 issues. it seems odd how these esp's and esm are not working and the others are not, perhaps corruption?

Something sure looks corrupted. It could be the running process or it could be .esp or save files. One thing that just came up in another thread is that it appears that having lots of save files (>800) in your saves directory can cause memory corruption, but the fix for that is easy, just cut down the number of saves to a reasonable number, like under 200. If it isn't that, then maybe some of your Data Files got corrupted, but that would be unusual.

i only have 5 save games... i delete all the ones im finished with. I copied my current mods and such over from a data files backup on an external hard drive. perhaps this is where the problem is? should i try reinstalling these mods and see if it alleviates my problems?

It can't hurt to try a fresh install, just to make sure the files didn't get stepped on somehow. All those errors you're getting indicate some major corruption. We just don't know what's causing it. A reinstall would help eliminate the possibility of file corruption.

There is a possibility that more files got corrupted. I don't know what can be done to be sure which mod files got corrupted. It could be only 3-4 files or 100+. The best way would be doing a clean install and gathering all the old mods back. Compressed files tend to get corrupted in time. So getting multiple copies on different mediums would be more safe. You can try finding the file and its source mod and reinstalling it.

Download Liztail's animation kit, run the fix animation errors and.........well, pray to the 9 divines! Otherwise, assuming you have the construction set disk, put it in, find the base_anim_female.nif(should be under data files/meshes/animation)file on it and copy it and replace the corrupted file, that should fix it.

i am very hesitant at getting rid of these files unless absolutely necessary, i have connary's textures and pirate lords creatures in these files, these mods cannot be replaced

Are you using Axel's female sixy walk? If so, just re-install the files to your data files\mesh folder. If not, find the base_anim_female.nif, xbase_anim_female.kf and xbase_anim_female.nif files and delete them. That will cause the game to use the default female walk, but you won't get that error anymore. If you are using Axel's walk, do not use LizTail's anim kit because it will likely not fix the errors and cause new ones.
